Timely and Stintt want the same outcome — a timesheet that writes itself — and disagree about the price of getting there. Timely's Memory app runs on each machine and records the apps, documents and sites used, then AI clusters that trail into draft entries. It is accurate, and the drafts are private to the person until they submit. But it is still per-person software that watches a computer all day, and rolling it out is a negotiation with every employee and, often, with IT. Read-only access, granted once. It cannot create, edit or delete an event, and there is nothing to install on anyone's machine.

Existing calendar events become a draft timesheet immediately, so the first week is a review rather than an empty grid waiting for data to accrue.
Review, approve, bill
Correct the draft, log anything off-calendar from chat, and approve. Only approved entries reach a client invoice, and discarded time stays on the record.
