Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Stintt. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for our paid plans (Pro and Workspace). Paid plans require payment; an account with no active paid plan falls back to our limited Free tier.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plan subscriptions (Pro and Workspace). If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at support@stintt.com from your registered email address. We will confirm your request within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
When a full refund is issued, your paid access ends because the payment has been returned: an individual Pro plan switches off immediately, while a Workspace keeps a 7-day read-only window to export your data before paid features are removed. A partial or goodwill refund does not affect your access. The same applies if a payment is reversed through a card chargeback.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or by contacting us by email. When you cancel:
• Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account will automatically revert to the limited Free tier at the end of that period.
• No further charges will be made.
Billing
Details of our plans, pricing, and billing cycles are available on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. All prices are listed in USD, and applicable taxes may be added based on your location. You will receive an email receipt for every payment.
Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which is the seller of record for your purchase, appears on your card or bank statement, issues your receipt, collects and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, and processes refunds to your original payment method. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.
Refund Requests After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our discretion, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit. If you are unable to use the Service due to a technical issue on our side, please contact us — we will work to resolve the problem or issue an appropriate refund.
How to Request a Refund
• Email support@stintt.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include your registered email address and, optionally, a brief reason for the request.
• We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
