Stintt is a fully digital, cloud-based service. This page explains how access to the Service is delivered once your purchase is completed. No physical goods are involved in any transaction.
Nature of the Service
Stintt is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product accessed through your web browser. There is nothing to ship, download, or install. All features, updates, and integrations are delivered entirely online.
Instant Activation
Delivery is digital and instantaneous. Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your plan features (Pro or Workspace) are activated on your account immediately — there is no waiting period, processing delay, or physical fulfilment involved.
You will also receive an email confirmation containing your payment receipt and the details of your activated plan. Receipts are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your purchase.
Access and Availability
Stintt is accessible 24/7 from any modern web browser on any internet-connected device. We target 99.9% uptime and will communicate any planned maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.
Your account and settings remain available across devices once you sign in with your registered email address.
If Activation Is Delayed
In the rare event that your plan features are not activated within a few minutes of payment, please:
• Log out of your account and log back in to refresh your session.
• If the issue persists, contact us at support@stintt.com with your payment confirmation, and our team will resolve it promptly.
